What hours are you open?

We are an invitation only farm. This is necessary to provide bio-security for our livestock. If you need to make arrangements to pick up any of our products, contact us on our Contact page.

What I received doesn’t look exactly like the pictured product.

Our handcrafted items are unique; no two pieces are exactly alike. The unique marks left by the creation process, such as every hammer blow, are part of the intrinsic beauty and character of the item. The images in our listings are representative of the product style and quality you will receive.  Your purchases will be the approximate size and style as described in the listing.

I am interested in taking a blacksmithing class. How do I sign up?

We love to hear that people are interested in the craft. However, due to farm needs and maintaining product availability, we currently are not taking students.

How do I go about carrying your products in my store?

Please send us an email to info@hewnhaven.com with details about your space, location, and the types of items that you are interested in carrying.

What kind of hogs do you raise?

We breed heritage Red Wattle hogs roaming freely on pasture, developing a rich, deep flavor and beautiful marbling. This natural upbringing produces exceptional pork, a true delight for families and food enthusiasts seeking the best.

Currently, we are only offering feeder pigs bred throughout the year.

How do I care for my ironwork?

For items that contact food:
Wipe them down and dry them off after each use. As necessary apply a light coat of food-safe oil. We recommend treating your ironwork the same as cast-iron cookware.

For items that do not contact food:
Wipe them down and dry them off after each use. Over time, you may need to apply a thin layer of clear enamel spray paint, which can be found in almost any hardware store.

Returns or Exchanges

At HewnHaven, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges or full refunds (minus shipping costs) for items returned within 15 days of delivery, as confirmed by tracking. Please contact us within three days of your order’s arrival to initiate a return. 

Return Shipping: Costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please use a trackable and insured service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds: Issued once the item is received by HewnHaven.
Exclusions: Personalized or custom orders are non-returnable.
International Orders: Please do not use courier services. We are not responsible for customs fees or duties.
